MEET THE AUTHOR

JIM OLLHOFF, PhD

Jim Ollhoff had a thirty-year career in higher education, teaching social psychology, ethics, and business coursework. He also spent time as a writer, church educator and administrator,  martial arts instructor, editor, consultant, and entrepreneur. 

Jim’s doctorate was a mix of education, systems theory, and mental health. His doctorate explored what leaders were thinking as their organizations spiraled into failure.

One of Jim’s passions is to make people more aware of the components of mental health, and the many resources that are available to help us live with integrity, authenticity, and healthy relationships.

Another of Jim’s passions is to help people understand the grand scope of the Bible—the themes that are present throughout the 66 books. Jim has taught groups through the Bible many times.

Jim lives in Minnesota with his wife, son, and a dog.
