About JIM
After earning my BA in Christian Education, I dove into the world of church ministry, helping churches with faith formation. Over time, my professional life took me towards academia, where I taught theology for a number of years. I moved into the discipline of Social Psychology, earning a PhD. I spent years teaching adult students in graduate programs. Although I’ve retired from higher education, my dedication to spiritual exploration has never wavered. For nearly half a century, I’ve guided participants through the rich tapestry of the Bible. My passion has been teaching themes and narratives present from Genesis to Revelation, working to build faith to navigate a sometimes tumultuous world.
